Former Twitter executives have launched a new social media platform to fight misinformation, billionaire control and protect the world from trillionaires.
Tweet.app promises to restore trust to social media using AI that checks claims, provides context and assigns posts a "trust score."
The company insists its AI will not decide what is true.
It will merely determine how trustworthy everything is.

Users can adjust a Trust Dial to filter their feeds according to their preferred level of reality. At the highest setting, experts expect little more than weather reports to survive.

A federal court this week let the company keep the bird logo and the name "Tweet," while ordering it to stop using "Twitter." The company is calling this a win.
Early supporters can contribute $20 to become Founders, or $40 to become Fighters. Member number one has already been claimed, reportedly by the person who built the sign-up form.
The company proudly promises: "No trillionaire."
Billionaire, however, appears to remain an achievable corporate milestone — all of course in the spirit of fighting the trillionaire.
